September 15, 2006 - Infocom Technologies Incorporated, on its third year of sponsoring the Inter Collegiate Finance Competition of Jr. Finex, once again brought in the technology that made the competition happening in four different sites possible at the same time. Infocom provided the connectivity, televideo conferencing and equipment to broadcast the proceedings of the said event from and to its various sites in Manila (Meralco Theater, Ortigas), Bacolod City (St. La Salle), Cebu City (University of San Jose Recolletos), and Davao City (Ateneo de Davao University).
In this event, Infocom allowed more than 70 participating schools all over the Philippines to compete and prove their worth to become the best College Finance Team in the country through the power of Infocom's technology. The Internet Business Solutions Group of Infocom, with the support of its partner, American Technologies Incorporated, spearheaded the provision of such technology and made things realizable for the organizers and participants of the event. |
